Zero air unit

Zero gas unit to provide clean and dry zero air equipment. It is mainly used for the ambient air quality monitoring system and zero calibration of the instrument, and can also be used as cleaning gas for penetration tube furnaces or support gas equipped with FID analyzer.   

The zero gas unit includes oil-free external air compressors, pressure and flow controllers, water removal systems, removal of SO2, NO, NO2, O3, and H2S, and removal of CO and hydrocarbons.

The zero gas unit is based on principles such as adsorption, filtration, and reaction, except for SO2 in the air, NO2, O3, H2S, CO, NH3, hydrocarbons, and output of clean and dry air particles.

The equipment removal system can eliminate moisture from the air, producing a dew point lower than 20T of the air, without being influenced by the dew point of the incoming air. It also contributes to the removal of other gases, greatly extending the lifespan of the chemical remover.
